Rachel was fantastic and explained everything she was doing, what had gone wrong, and what I should be aware of in the future.

The customer support was also excellent – you’re talking to a real person and they’re available to give you bespoke quotes and advice. Essentially, I can highly recommend the whole shebang and do so with gratitude because of how many cowboys there are out there and how many bad experiences I’ve had.

I also asked our plumber if she rated the service and she said they were a dream to work with and positive all round.
