Megan was great. She arrived at the time we'd agreed upon, was friendly, professional and replaced the tap for me. It wasn't easy, as the guy from Thames Water had tried to help but effectively broke the tap through tightening too much. It was a plastic washer. Megan had good knowledge of what had gone wrong, and she persisted until she was able to remove the broken tap. She was thorough in ensuring that she'd connected the new tap correctly and cleaned up afterwards. She also sent me a link to an alternative basin as I'm not particularly happy with the one we have.
Meghan came to fix my shower- she was super communicative before the appt and really flexible and approachable.
She got the job done beautifully and without the usual raised eyebrows crossed arms and sighs I've gotten from man contractors, was very forgiving of my catastrophy of a boiler cupboard and just really friendly. The price was also really great compared to similar call outs I've had from local man plumbers. Thank you!
